Return window

You may return an item within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Condition

Items must be unused, in their original manufacturer packaging, with all inserts, certificates and accessories included. Models that have been removed from the base, displayed, modified or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

How to return an item

Please contact us before sending anything back. We will reply with a return address and a reference number. Items sent back without prior authorisation cannot be processed and may be refused by the carrier.

Return shipping

For returns made for personal reasons (for example, you changed your mind, ordered the wrong variant, or the item did not meet your expectations), the return shipping cost is paid by the customer, and the original shipping charge is not refunded. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund a parcel that does not reach us.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing fault, or is not the item you ordered, we cover the full cost, including return shipping and the original shipping charge. Please send us photographs of the item and of the outer box within 7 days of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier.

Refunds

Once the returned item reaches us and passes inspection, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need a few more days to show it on your statement. No restocking fee is charged.

Cancellations

Most of our models are ordered from our supplier after your purchase. You may cancel free of charge within 24 hours of placing the order, or at any time before the item has been dispatched, whichever comes first. To cancel, email us with your order number.

Items that cannot be returned

Made-to-order, pre-order and limited-edition items that the manufacturer will not take back, and any item returned without its original packaging.

Import duties on returns

If you return an item from outside Japan, please declare it as "returned goods" on the customs form. Return parcels declared as a new sale may incur import duties, which will be deducted from your refund.
