Shipping policy

Where we ship from

We work with warehouses in three regions and dispatch your order from the one closest to you: the United States, Germany, or Japan. The origin depends on the individual model, and the shipping rate and delivery estimate for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.

Handling time

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Japanese public holidays). Some models are ordered from our supplier after your purchase; where that applies, the product page states it, and dispatch may take a few days longer. If a delay is expected, we email you before shipping.

Delivery time

Transit time depends on the origin and destination and is shown with the shipping option at checkout. Every parcel is sent with a tracked courier service and we email the tracking number as soon as the parcel is collected.

Shipping charges

Shipping is charged per order at checkout. Rates differ by destination and by the warehouse the model ships from.

Customs duties and import taxes

United States: import duties and taxes are prepaid by us. You will not be asked to pay anything on delivery.
All other countries, including the United Kingdom, the European Union and Australia: any import VAT, GST or customs duty is the responsibility of the customer and is collected by the carrier or by customs before delivery. These charges are set by your country and are not included in the price you pay us.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot change an address once the parcel has been dispatched, and parcels returned to us as undeliverable are refunded minus the shipping cost actually incurred.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking stops updating for more than 10 business days, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact us at russiakoji@gmail.com. Please keep the outer box and send photographs; we file the claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
